Sur la Table offers a variety of unique and interesting cooking classes, catering to all levels of experience. I particularly enjoyed the Italian Classics class, as it showed me just how accessible Italian cuisine can be. The instructor was engaging and knowledgeable, taking us step-by-step through the entire cooking process.

The Asian Fusion class was also an excellent choice for those looking to explore Asian cuisine without having an exhaustive list of ingredients at their disposal. The instructor took the time to explain both the cultural background and culinary techniques that are used in different dishes.

Another reason why I keep coming back to Sur La Table is the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Not only were they willing to answer any questions I had but they also made sure that everyone felt welcome. This made learning a much more enjoyable process than in other classes I've attended elsewhere.

I'm very familiar with the culinary services they offer, such as teaching their students how to make delicious food and helping them build a professional culinary career. I have a great appreciation for the diversity of the staff, which allows everyone to learn about different cultures and cuisines.

I've been attending their cooking classes for several years and every class is a great experience! From beginner to experienced cook, Williams-Sonoma offers something for everyone.

The instructors exude knowledge and enthusiasm and you can tell they truly love to cook. They are always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions or help out with a forgotten ingredient. The classes focus heavily on technique with added touches like different regional cuisines or garnishes that make each class unique.

In particular, their hands-on classes are my favorite as they allow for plenty of practice time with detailed instruction from the instructors. Those that want to learn all about a certain cuisine, like Italian or French, would greatly appreciate these classes too!

What really stands out is their selection of ingredients. It's obvious they source in-season and organic wherever possible, making it easy to create amazing dishes without worrying about quality.

The classes are great and the chef, Chef Maria, is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. She offers a wide variety of classes from classic Italian recipes to modern techniques. The menu changes regularly so you can never get bored with the same recipe.

One of my favorite classes I have taken with Mattarello Cooking was their “Introduction to Italian Cuisine”, where I learned popular dishes such as pasta carbonara, caprese salad and tiramisu. It was such an enriching and delightful experience! Not only did I learn recipes that I could recreate in my own kitchen, but also fundamental cooking principles that will help me in my future culinary endeavors.

The instructors there are top notch and extremely knowledgeable, helping to create a truly immersive learning experience. From learning how to chop vegetables skillfully to experimenting with different flavors and techniques, everything was incredibly well taught.

The equipment provided is also of high quality; all the necessary tools were made available for each individual student ensuring that everyone could easily keep up with the lesson. Classes are small and intimate, which allows the instructor to give personalized attention to each student when needed.

In addition to the courses, California Culinary Arts Institute also caters special events such as private parties, corporate dinners, and cooking classes for community groups. The staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to coordinating these events.
