The taste and texture of the fish tacos at The Blind Burro are simply out of this world. The fish has an amazing flavor, perfectly complemented by the homemade salsa that is made fresh daily. The tortilla is nicely toasted yet soft enough to provide a great texture balance with the fish and the other toppings.

The portion size of the tacos here is spot on—not too little nor too much. The taco is just filling enough that I can enjoy two without feeling overly full.

What really sets The Blind Burro apart from other places I've tried is their amazing sides. For example, they have an amazing ceviche which really complements the tacos perfectly, adding a sour tangy flavor to round out all the other flavors in my meal.
